We provide a 7-day trial period from the date of delivery for all the products. If you do have a problem, please contact us and we’ll first try and fix the problem over the phone. If that is unsuccessful, you can return it to us for it to be repaired at your own cost.
Within the first 7 days, you can return your product to us for a full refund (excluding the payment gateway and shipping fees) for any reason, even if you’ve just changed your mind. You the customer will have to ensure the safe return the product. This includes unwanted but undamaged goods.
If you opt for a refund, after the acceptance of the product by checking the physical and technical status, we will issue the refund and same will be notify via email. The refund process takes 7-10 working days and the standard payment gateway deductions will be reduced.
